  • Request for a Return/exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Item(s) must be in original condition with original tags attached.

  • To submit a return email returns@tatl.store with

    • order number

    • item returning

    • specify return or exchange

    Once approved a online label will be sent for the return, ship out within 7 days once the label is received. Refunds will process once item is received.

    For exchanges Item will be shipped once we have received yours.

  • Shipping is only in U.S

    Standard shipping fee is. $7.50

    Standard shipping is 5-7 business days

    Shipping is 1-2 business days once order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday.
